What does one do in a City famous for food that doesn’t come from restaurants?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

We’ve toyed with the idea of making a glossary of places to eat:<\/p>\n

  2. Loncher\u00edas<\/li>\n
  3. Antojer\u00edas<\/li>\n
  4. Taquer\u00edas<\/li>\n
  5. Puestos, corner stands, doorways, comales<\/em> over braseros<\/em> and temastes<\/em>…<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The high-end places you can find on the internet.<\/strong> In Mexico City, there are classics that will never close. And Foody Restaurants that open and then re-open every three years. Finding them is as easy as Google. But really, is that Mexico City food<\/em>?<\/p>\n

    Most city residents will say no.<\/p>\n

    We’ve also worked on listing as many public markets as possible.<\/a> We created a guide to comida corrida<\/em> and the menu del d\u00eda<\/em><\/a>. And “Fonda Food” is recommended, for breakfast and lunch. But, everyone’s still gonna want a little more of that street food sizzle.<\/p>\n

    Mexico City Street Food is still just too popular. We’ve created a guide to its many varieties<\/a>. But where to get it?<\/strong><\/p>\n

    According to Business Insider M\u00e9xico<\/a>,\u00a0 Google worked with geographer and demographer, Baruch Sangin\u00e9s to produce a Map of Street Food. It’s not just Mexico City, but all of Mexico.<\/p>\n
